Group Fitness Classes
From high-energy workouts to slower, restorative movement. Our weekly schedule includes strength, bootcamp, dance-style cardio, Pilates, yoga, barre, step, and more.
Designed so you can scale every workout to your ability.
Strength & Conditioning
Build confidence, muscle, and resilience through structured strength training. Learn proper technique, lift safely, and progress over time.
Perfect for beginners and experienced lifters alike.
Programs & Progressive Training
Focused programs with a clear start and finish. These run in addition to our regular classes and include dedicated coaching and progression.
Examples include strength foundations, beginner programs, and specialty series.
Personal & Semi-Private Coaching
One-on-one or small group coaching for those who want more individualized attention, accountability, and guidance.
Open Gym & Strength Training
Train on your own schedule with access to quality equipment and a supportive, no intimidation environment. Lift heavy, move quietly, or do your own thing. All are welcome.
Specialty & Community Classes
Beginner friendly options, mom focused classes, workshops, and community events designed to support real life, real bodies, and real goals.

4️⃣ Choose your membership or drop-in
Pick the option that fits your schedule and goals. You can always change it later.
5️⃣ Book your classes
Browse the schedule in the app and reserve your spot in just a few taps.
6️⃣ Show up 10 minutes early
We’ll check you in, show you around, and answer any questions.
7️⃣ We’ll guide you from there
